Yiynova SEA Marketing offers one year Limited Warranty of the YIYNOVA LCD/LED Monitors to the original purchaser. In order to get the Warranty service from our company, please follow the following steps:

Step 1

 

Fill out the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Request Form then send it to us. You can send it by Email: service@yiynova2u.com or by fax: +603-77256507.

Step 2

 

Our customer support will email you a RMA number and RMA Approval Form for your defect product after review and verification.
Or we may contact you if the problem can be overcome without a return.

Step 3

 

After you get the RMA number and RMA Approval Form, please ship your defect product with a full protective packing box and put the RMA number or RMA Approval Form on it.
Please use the carrier which has the tracking number for your shipment.
Please don't include any accessory or spare part.

Step 4

 

Once we receive your shipment, we will send you an email notification for the receipt of your shipment.

Step 5

 

After the item is repaired or replaced, we will ship back the repaired or replaced item by Poslaju, Kangaroo or any proper carrier. Then send you an email notification with tracking number (if applicable).

Attention:

  All units must be accompanied by a valid RMA number or RMA Approval Form. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.

  Warranties will be void if the factory seal is broken. Customer may be charged for cost of labour and material/parts (if any) replaced.

  Return freight will be at customer's expense.

  Customer will also be responsible for the freight back to themself if no problem is detected by the technician.

  Physical damages to unit sustained during transit voids any warranties.
